Integration & Automation Specialist (Zapier / Make.com / n8n / Power Automate)

We are seeking an IT Integration & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflows that connect internal systems, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

This role requires advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), as you will regularly communicate with teams and leaders who operate exclusively in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build workflows using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, or Workato.
• Integrate SaaS tools (CRM, support platforms, LMS, billing, internal systems).
• Configure logic, triggers, conditions, data flows, webhooks, and error-handling.
• Document automation workflows in a clear and consistent format.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and validate requirements.
