About the Role
This role is focused on generating new leads and building pipeline through targeted demand generation campaigns. You will be hands-on executing marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows, while working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
This is an in-person role in Querétaro, with one home office day per week, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, execution-focused marketing environment and wants to see a direct impact on revenue.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2B marketing for U.S.-based companies who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, creative campaign-building, and data-driven optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Execute demand generation campaigns tailored to specific healthcare audiences and buyer personas
- Plan, build, promote, and report on 1–2 webinars per month, from start to finish
- Create and optimize emails, landing pages, and campaign assets to capture and nurture leads
- Maintain clean and accurate data within CRM and marketing systems
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
- Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Content, Design, and Product Marketing teams
- Support outbound efforts through campaign briefs and alignment with sales teams
- Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed.
