What You will Do

Own and scale seller acquisition across performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)

Drive high-quality seller sign-ups with a focus on downstream activation and retention

Optimize campaigns for cost-efficient acquisition (CAC) while maintaining seller quality benchmarks

Improve seller funnel metrics such as signup → KYC completion → catalog upload → first order

Identify and reduce drop-offs across onboarding journeys

Work closely with product and lifecycle teams to improve conversion rates

Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel interventions

Identify new growth levers such as regional expansion, category-specific acquisition, and vernacular targeting

Test and scale new channels, formats, and campaign strategies

Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CAC, activation rate, payback period, LTV/CAC, CVR, CTR, CPM

Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize incremental seller growth

Track and mitigate issues like audience saturation, creative fatigue, and declining marginal returns

Analyze seller cohorts by category, geography, quality, and lifecycle stage

Derive insights on seller behavior to improve targeting and messaging

Build frameworks for incrementality and attribution for seller acquisition

Partner with product, analytics, design, and category teams to align growth efforts

Influence onboarding experience, landing pages, and communication strategy based on performance insights

What Will You Need

2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, or app-based businesses

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads, along with a solid understanding of incrementality frameworks

Strong understanding of key growth and performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CTI, hook rate, CAC, reach, frequency, and attribution models
-
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools is a plus

Familiarity with seller or partner acquisition funnels is a plus

Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-first approach and a bias for action

Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment
