The Role
As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will be passionate about technology and using technology to expand a global network. Work as part of the Deployment Infrastructure team to support and assist in the overall coordination of project-relatedactivities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved. Proactive and aself-starter, you must be highly organised and have the ability to manage competingpriorities. Driven and motivated, you must be able to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, working with multiple vendors to deliver comprehensive IT projects that will differ in size and complexity.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects concurrently.
- Update project information systems – Confluence, Jira, Intranet, and key systems
- Resource availability and allocated tasks
- Attend daily project meetings with our global team
- Provide weekly status reports
- Project minutes
- Coordinating with our vendors and customers to follow up on tasks
- Identify and escalate risks as needed
- Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary
What We Are Looking For
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects
- Obtains or is working towards a Scrum Master or PMP certification
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team members
- Have experience working with third parties, vendors, and customers
- Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- JIRA and Confluence experience (ideal)
- Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment is highly desirable, preferably from a networking or telecommunication background
