Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Ticket Management:
- Manage incoming service requests.
- Collect information and offer assistance to users.
- Log service requests in the internal ERP system.
- Coordination & Support:
- Work in conjunction with the technical servicing team.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
- Manage and update spreadsheets and handle documentation.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Troubleshooting:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving fault messages in accordance with manuals or internal procedures.
Soft Skills
