Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Ticket Management:
    • Manage incoming service requests.
    • Collect information and offer assistance to users.
    • Log service requests in the internal ERP system.
  • Coordination & Support:
    • Work in conjunction with the technical servicing team.
    • Support administrative tasks as required.
    • Manage and update spreadsheets and handle documentation.
    • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Assist in diagnosing and resolving fault messages in accordance with manuals or internal procedures.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
