As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter. Your fluency in French will enable you to provide tailored support and ensure our clients have exceptional experiences as they navigate their travel plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Guide clients through the booking process and provide assistance with travel-related questions
• Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Update clients on their bookings and offer helpful travel tips and information
• Collect feedback to improve overall service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
• Basic knowledge of travel industry standards is advantageous
