Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, helping clients navigate their travel needs, and ensuring that they receive outstanding service throughout their journey. Your fluency in Croatian and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to creating positive travel experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to travel inquiries from Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in the booking process and provide information on travel options
- Resolve issues related to reservations and provide timely solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately within our internal systems
- Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Educate clients about available services and travel information
- Collect feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement in support quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is preferred
