As a Travel Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries related to bookings, travel arrangements, and any issues that may arise. Your fluency in Slovak and passion for the travel industry will enhance our clients' experiences as you guide them through their travel needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Slovak-speaking customers regarding their travel questions through phone, email, and chat
• Facilitate the booking process and provide helpful solutions to any concerns
• Handle and resolve issues related to travel reservations with efficiency
• Document customer interactions accurately in our internal systems
• Work in collaboration with various teams to improve overall service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
