Responsibilities
- Engage with Czech-speaking customers regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients through the booking process and address any queries or concerns
- Resolve issues related to reservations and provide timely solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
- Work collaboratively with different departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Inform travelers about the various services and options available through Booking.com
- Gather and share feedback for service improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
