In this role, you will be the key contact for our Latin Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive personalized support and guidance throughout their journey with our software. Your expertise will help clients fully leverage our products to achieve their business goals and drive their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for Latin Spanish-speaking clients, creating strong trust-based relationships.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training processes, ensuring clients understand how to effectively use our software.
• Proactively address client queries and challenges, helping them get the most out of our offerings.
• Keep detailed records of client communications and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Work collaboratively with clients to tailor software solutions that meet their specific needs and align with their objectives.
• Gather and document feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement in our services and products.
• Partner with technical teams to resolve any issues and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Latin Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to convey software functionalities to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on achieving client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a multicultural team environment.
