Responsibilities
- Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries
- Assist customers with product-related questions and resolve service issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Advise customers on best practices for using our services effectively
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
