As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients to assist them in addressing their inquiries about travel bookings, services, and any concerns they may have. Your proficiency in Dutch will be vital in providing exceptional support to Booking.com's valued customers, ensuring they have an outstanding travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide comprehensive assistance with booking inquiries, travel changes, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Document all interactions, feedback, and bookings in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution
• Stay updated on Booking.com’s products and services to provide accurate information
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A passion for travel and eagerness to assist customers
• Previous experience in customer service or travel is an advantage, but not essential
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with assistance provided in the relocation process
