As a Travel Customer Support Associate, your main responsibilities will involve managing inquiries related to bookings, travel arrangements, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your fluency in German and enthusiasm for the travel sector will enable you to create positive experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their travel inquiries
• Support clients in the booking process and offer assistance with travel-related questions
• Effectively resolve any issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations
• Accurately document customer interactions within our internal systems
• Collaborate with various teams to continuously enhance the overall customer experience
• Provide detailed information about services and travel options offered by Booking.com
• Collect feedback from customers to drive service improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
