As a Travel Customer Support Associate, you will handle a variety of requests related to bookings, changes, and travel plans. Your proficiency in Croatian, combined with your passion for travel, will enable you to deliver top-notch service to our customers, helping them navigate their travel needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist Croatian-speaking clients with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Guide customers through the booking process and address any concerns
- Resolve issues related to travel arrangements, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Educate clients about travel options and services available through Booking.com
- Collect feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and verbal
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in travel support or customer service is preferred
