Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in building strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.

As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting client issues, providing detailed product information, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Effectively address client inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services
• Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client issues
• Educate clients on the use of our products to maximize their benefits
• Collect and relay client feedback to drive service improvements
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy during all client interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
• Client-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
