As a representative, you will assist clients in Polish, ensuring they receive the support and information they require regarding their insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to insurance products, claims, and coverage options via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on policy details, premiums, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Assist clients with the claims process, including filing and follow-up inquiries.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and customer-focused manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective handling of customer requests and inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
