In this role, you will assist customers with various inquiries while providing outstanding service in Nordic languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide guidance on vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with the booking process for services, test drives, and vehicle purchases.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues courteously and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and automotive developments to deliver knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
- Aptitude for multitasking and managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
