You will be responsible for assisting passengers and clients with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, travel schedules, and airline policies via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with ticketing issues, changes to reservations, and special requests.
• Provide information on flight status, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with airline and operational teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about airline services, travel regulations, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Aptitude for managing multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
