French Speaking Customer Service for Logistics & Supply Chain industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are keen on providing excellent service and have an interest in logistics operations. You will be responsible for assisting customers with logistics inquiries and ensuring smooth communication in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipments, and supply chain management via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide information about shipping options, tracking shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations as necessary.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to provide updated information to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company services to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to solve problems and effectively manage customer inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries at once.
• Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
