Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning services, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information about educational programs, features, and pricing.
- Assist customers with account management, including updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance service delivery and support ongoing student learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational technologies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
