This role is perfect for individuals who love travel and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and tourist experiences, all while communicating effectively in Polish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Provide accurate information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and personable approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
