Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Assist customers with new account setups, transaction queries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on banking policies, rates, and promotions.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about financial services regulations and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
