Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information on medication usage, side effects, and available healthcare options.
- Assist customers with order processing, medication refills, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about pharmaceutical products, industry developments, and company offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer care.
- Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
