In this position, you will assist customers with their banking inquiries, ensuring they receive exceptional service in Polish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on account options, loan processes, and financial services available.
• Assist customers with online banking, transactions, and troubleshooting any issues encountered.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly with a focus on satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other banking teams to ensure customer requests and concerns are addressed effectively.
• Stay informed about banking policies and financial regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
