As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, services, and prescriptions via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide information on medication details, side effects, dosage, and product availability.
• Assist healthcare professionals and customers with order management, billing details, and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and quality control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
