As a representative, you will assist clients with inquiries regarding travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services, all while communicating effectively in Nordic languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries about hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Assist customers with reservation management, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a courteous and effective approach.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Coordinate with hotels and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
