- Resolve issues and complaints promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a technology-savvy mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical support tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
