As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience in Latvian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services, including shipping, tracking, and order management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Assist customers with the booking process, modifications, and cancellations of logistics services.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
