Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services, including shipping, tracking, and order management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
- Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Assist customers with the booking process, modifications, and cancellations of logistics services.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
