Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative fluent in Icelandic and English, with a fully paid relocation package to Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to provide effective solutions for client needs.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and customer-focused interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while effectively contributing to a team dynamic.
  • A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace new cultural experiences.
