Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to provide effective solutions for client needs.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
- Experience in customer support or service roles is highly preferred.
