Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing, and account issues.
  • Handle complaints and technical problems with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and feedback purposes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in telecommunications, is preferred.
