This position allows you to connect with clients across the globe, assisting them in creating unforgettable travel experiences. Your expertise in travel planning and your fluency in Croatian will be vital in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized travel assistance to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Design and arrange customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Assist clients with bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Address client inquiries, providing detailed information about various travel destinations and services.
• Manage client complaints and resolutions with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, industry trends, and destination knowledge for better client support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service roles is preferred.
• A strong passion for travel, with an understanding of various travel products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage clients.
