As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in understanding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive the highest quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, services, and prescriptions via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
• Provide accurate information about product usage, availability, and healthcare guidelines.
• Assist customers with order processing, fulfillment, and resolving any issues related to their medications.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products and industry developments to enhance customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to explain complex pharmaceutical information in a clear and approachable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and compliance regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
