Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, usage, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Assist customers with order placement, processing, and tracking.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address client needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a scientific aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
