Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Logistics & Supply Chain industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about logistics and supply chain processes and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. As part of our dedicated team, you will assist clients in navigating their logistics inquiries while providing support in Hungarian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
• Provide accurate information on shipping options, timelines, and customs requirements.
• Assist customers with booking shipments and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve our clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
