Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about our services and products, ensuring all questions are answered promptly.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in a remote or call center environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer skills.
