Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries regarding products and services, guide users, and resolve any issues.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to relay customer feedback and improve service processes.
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
