Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and travel-related questions, delivering accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on booking processes, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
