What You'll Do
- Engage with our Dutch-speaking customers by providing top-notch support for their logistics and delivery inquiries through various channels.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure our customers’ orders are delivered on time and efficiently, creating a seamless experience.
- Assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving any delivery-related issues with a friendly and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance our logistics processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of logistics trends and best practices to provide informed support and suggestions to our customers.
Requirements
- You must be fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus!
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or customer service roles is a distinct advantage.
- Great communication skills with a flair for helping customers make their logistics experience delightful.
