Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting German-speaking clients with their travel inquiries, reservations, and bookings through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and tailor-made itineraries to suit their preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, and tours, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every transaction.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel reservations, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, industry trends, and promotional offers to deliver the best options to clients.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system for effective follow-up and service enhancement.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in the tourism industry, particularly in travel booking and customer service, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and an enthusiasm for travel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints effectively in a fast-paced environment.
