Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting position for a Norwegian Customer Support Consultant in our Athens office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring an exceptional service experience in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and account issues or concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest product offerings and updates to best assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
