You will be responsible for engaging with clients in Nordic languages, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through our biotechnology products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide accurate information on product specifications, applications, and availability.
- Assist customers with orders, account management, and service-related questions.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to advise customers appropriately.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and convey complex scientific information clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
