Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Polish Customer Care Advisor to join our team in a fully remote position based in Greece. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support they need with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and resolution of issues.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to serve customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using computers and online communication tools.
