In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the support they need with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to serve customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
