You will utilize your Turkish language skills to provide comprehensive assistance to clients, ensuring their logistical needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services via phone, email, and chat in Turkish.
• Provide updates on shipment status, delivery times, and supply chain processes.
• Assist customers with order management, tracking, and service adjustments.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teams across operations to deliver timely information and solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining quality service.
