• Turning financial and performance data into clear, useful insights 

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning across ICT 

• Helping build a joined-up view of performance and value 

• Partnering with teams to connect financial decisions to delivery outcomes 

• Improving how we plan, measure, and track what matters
