Customer Service Representatives (9 month Fixed-term)

This is a busy period for the team, and we need smart, hard-working people who can provide support where it’s needed most. We’re looking for people who can work confidently, adapt quickly, and help the wider team while others get up to speed. It’s a hands-on role — not one where you’ll be sitting on the sidelines — with the training and support you need to make a strong start.

Potential completion bonus payment on completion (eligibility criteria apply).

Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing  

  • Supporting customers across phone, email, and digital channels 
  • Helping customers understand their accounts, usage, and bills
  • Resolving queries with confidence and accuracy
  • Working at pace in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Providing support during a key period of change

A few more important details - Our contact centre operates Monday to Friday, between 10.00am and 9.00pm. For this role, shifts are likely to sit between 10.30am and 7.30pm; however, flexibility is required across the wider business hours. This is a full-time position working a rotational roster (i.e. no set shifts).

If/when you’re assigned to work an 8-hour shift that finishes at or after 7pm, additional evening payments may be available (if claimed), on top of your normal pay.

As your role is in a part of the business that serves the Australian market, you may be required to observe the public holidays of Australia instead of one or more NZ public holidays

You’ll be required to complete standard contact centre relevant online testing, which can be done from home.

All standard pre-employment checks will also be applicable.
