The Marketing Coordinator supports brand visibility, leasing performance, and business development efforts across multifamily and commercial portfolios. This role manages day-to-day marketing execution, digital presence, and property-level campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results.


Core Responsibilities

Property-Level Marketing (Multifamily Focus)

  • Manage online listings (RentCafe, ILS platforms, Google Business, etc.).
  • Ensure property websites are updated and optimized.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and lifestyle content.
  • Support lease-up campaigns and concession strategy execution.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
  • Track leasing traffic and conversion trends.

Commercial Marketing Support

  • Update marketing flyers and property brochures.
  • Support proposal deck creation for new business pitches.
  • Coordinate signage, email campaigns, and listing updates.
  • Assist with broker-facing marketing materials.

Brand & Social Media Management

  • Maintain company LinkedIn presence.
  • Create and manage social media content calendar.
  • Support leadership announcements and posts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Coordinate company photography and headshots.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website traffic, lead sources, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor cost-per-lease and marketing ROI metrics.
  • Provide monthly marketing summary reports.
  • Recommend adjustments based on performance trends.


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years marketing experience (real estate preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi/RentCafe preferred).
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and data.
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
