ETRM Support Analyst

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Endur ETRM system, providing hands-on support, analysis, and operational stability across the trading technology landscape.
The role ensures timely issue resolution, reliable End-of-Day (EoD) execution, and high-quality user support for Front Office, Product Control, Risk, and Operations teams β contributing directly to efficient and controlled trading activities.
- Investigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents and service requests
- Provide on-site support to Front Office, Product Control, and other stakeholders
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex ETRM-related issues
- Recommend and implement approved fixes or workarounds
- Collaborate with developers and project teams on sustainable solutions delivered as L3 or project work.
- Maintain documentation for end users
- Identify and propose performance and stability improvements
- Participate in testing, release validation, and post-implementation support
