Purpose of the role
As the sales manager for a geographic area, you play a key role in the organization by identifying and converting business opportunities within your region in the large and very large enterprise segments.
Essential responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own clients portfolio, large and very large enterprises (from 500MWh tó 25GWh/y of power or gas consumption)
- Map the territory, Identify opportunities, build a local network (consultants, business clubs), and keep a disciplined cadence of meetings
- Propose competitive pricing for power, gas and injection
- Take care of your existing customers, and manage renewals
- Advise customers about injection & consumption (PV/on-site generation, batteries, EV charging, flexibility
- Lead and coach the local sales team (1 to 3 persons)
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Credit & Collection
