Job Overview

Purpose of the role

As the sales manager for a geographic area, you play a key role in the organization by identifying and converting business opportunities within your region in the large and very large enterprise segments.

Essential responsibilities

  • Develop and manage your own clients portfolio, large and very large enterprises (from 500MWh tó 25GWh/y of power or gas consumption)
  • Map the territory, Identify opportunities, build a local network (consultants, business clubs), and keep a disciplined cadence of meetings
  • Propose competitive pricing for power, gas and injection
  • Take care of your existing customers, and manage renewals
  • Advise customers about injection & consumption (PV/on-site generation, batteries, EV charging, flexibility
  • Lead and coach the local sales team (1 to 3 persons)
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Credit & Collection
