Job Overview
- Managing daily validation of energy trades within the ETRM system, ensuring all deals are validated within a specified timeframe
- Ensuring all deals follow the agreed deal booking policies whilst monitoring the different deal statuses to maintain accurate records in the ETRM system
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify deal validation findings and address inquiries
- Assist in resolving trade-related discrepancies in coordination with various teams
- Supporting complex business flows – LNG, storage, cross-border capacity
- Deliver daily MO reports, including internal data reconciliations
- Active participation in monthly closing processes – reconciliation between trading system and accounting
- Work closely with BO, FO, Finance & Treasury teams
- Collaborate with IT teams to address system-related issues and contribute to system enhancements
- Ad-hoc building of new reports and monitoring tools
