Job Overview
- Daily scheduling submissions for purchase of customer consumption quantities in Retail in Nat. Gas and Power markets
- Monitor daily schedules, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant market operators (e.g., HENEX, ADMIE, HEDNO, DESFA, ENAON) to ensure compliance
- Assist in analyzing energy consumption and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to provide actionable insights from customer data analysis to enhance portfolio performance
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with external parties, including market operators, counterparties, and regulatory bodies, to resolve scheduling issues and ensure alignment
- Assist in the development of forecasting models, digital tools and applications to improve operational efficiency
- Assist in the settlements process, monitor and validate transaction data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support the team in handling any procedures related to portfolio management transactions
